- Learn how to make charcuterie meat
- Three course options to choose from: Duck, Bacon or Chorizo & Salami
- Welcome and introduction
- Learn and use different curing techniques
- Prepare your meat and cure various parts of it
- Cold smoke some of your produce
- All equipment and ingredients will be provided
- After your course enjoy a lunch with some of the produce you have created
- You may form part of a group of up to 6 people
