What's Included
- A charcuterie making course followed by a game of golf
- Choose the type of charcuterie you wish to make
- Create delicious products to take home with you (some meats may need longer to cure and will be posted to you when they are ready)

- After your charcuterie course you'll get to enjoy a charcuterie tasting lunch
- Choose from either 9 or 18 holes of golf and enjoy your game at the local Huntswood Golf Club

Charcuterie Courses:
- Duck: From butchery to curing and cooking, you'll learn different charcuterie techniques which use every part of the duck
- Salami & Chorizo: Learn how to butcher your meat, blend your own salami and chorizo, cure and ferment and create your own sausage
- Bacon: Work with butchered cuts of heritage breed meat ranging and learn about salami and bacon production
