Your adventure begins with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to microlighting. You’ll learn about the aircraft and what makes flying in a microlight such a unique experience. Once you're ready, gear up for your trial flight that promises to be filled with stunning views and an unforgettable sense of freedom.
Whether you choose a fixed-wing or flex-wing microlight, you’ll glide through the skies, taking in breathtaking vistas and the thrill of flight. This immersive experience not only allows you to pilot the aircraft under expert guidance but also gives you a taste of what it’s like to be a pilot!

What's Included
• Choose either a fixed-wing Ikarus C42 or flex-wing Quantum 912 microlight
• Pre-flight briefing with introduction to the basic principles
• 30 & 60-minute flight durations are available
• You will get the chance to take the controls and fly the aircraft
• Spectacular views across the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire countryside
When Is It Available
- The flying school is open 7 days a week February to December
- Should you be unfortunate enough to be beaten by the weather an alternative date can be arranged
- Please note due to popularity it is recommended you book at least one month in advance to avoid disappointment
