What's Included
- Training session with an experienced British Cycling Coach
- Review your strengths and weaknesses and develop your cycling skills
- Session operate on a 1:1 basis, although you are welcome to bring along a partner to share the session with you
- Vouchers are valid for your choice of the following training sessions
Cyclocross Training (2.5 hours)
- Skills: Riding position, climbing, descending, off-camber, cornering, dismounts and remounts
- Learn race tactics and advice
Gravel Training (2 hours)
- Skills: Riding position, climbing, descending, off-camber, cornering and efficient riding
- Advise on where to ride and how to find hidden routes
Mountain Bike Training (2 hours)
- Suitable for MTB or E-MTB
- Skills: Cone of movement, ready position, climbing, descending, off-camber, cornering and wheel lifts
- Learn the core skills need to tackle different terrains
When Is It Available
- Weekdays and weekends throughout the year
- Dates and session times are subject to availability
Location
- Your instructor is based in Brixton SW London
- Venues can be recommended and sessions can be arranged for locations within the M25
Suitable For
- Minimum age 12
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult
Spectators
- Not suitable for spectators due to the nature of this activity although sessions can be shared with two participants
Anything Else
Participants should bring the following
- Cyclocross or gravel bike
- Helmet (wearing helmets is a must on these rides)
- Spare inner tube
- Snacks and Water
- Rain jacket (if required)
- Suitably warm/cool clothing for the weather
- Sunscreen (as necessary)
