Guided by the incredible Kyle Perkins, a leading figure in the parkour community, you'll experience personalized coaching that focuses on your individual skills and progression. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this session promises to elevate your abilities.
Throughout the hour, you'll engage in a variety of fun and challenging exercises that build your confidence and technique. What's Included
One Hour 1:1 Parkour Tuition
• Welcome and safety briefing by your instructor
• Warm up exercises
• Learn how to move on and between outside objects and buildings
• You will be vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and leaping
• Lots of demonstration by the instructor for you to follow and copy
When Is It Available
• Selected dates throughout the year in all weathers

• At selected venues in Paignton, Brixham, Torquay, Totnes, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth

• Minimum age eight
• Under 18's must have an adult in attendance to sign a disclaimer
• All participants must be reasonably fit
