Choose from Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese or Japanese cuisine for the most tasty and flavoursome of online cookery classes. From Bahn Mi and Gyoza, to Honk Kong Noodles and Son Tam Salad, you will be learning to create classic dishes, all made with love.
Chef and cookery writer Jeremy is the head chef and founder of School of Wok. He hails from three generations of Chinese chefs and he absolutely adores the cuisine he and his team will be cooking online with you.
About a week before your class date, a recipe and ingredient list will be emailed out to you, so you have plenty of time to gather all the bits and pieces you need (don't worry, everything will be cupboard staples, or easily available in supermarkets).
Once everyone is logged in on their devices and ready in their kitchens, it's time to get cooking. Amongst other skills, you'll learn the correct way to use a wok, that's to say how to heat it and how to stir fry like a pro. As you cook together with your School of Wok tutor, you'll pick up lots of tips and tricks. You can even use the online live chat to pose your questions whilst you cook.
Classes start at 6pm and finish up at around 8pm, so perfectly timed for making and then eating your own supper.
