On arrival you'll be greeted by the theatrical and entertaining chocolatier who will be your host. You'll hear how we went from discovering the humble cocoa bean, to consuming tons of chocolates each year, as well as explaining the whole process from cocoa bean to bar, all done in a fun way.
Your first job is to personalise your own shape of chocolate. Using a couple of cool little chocolatier tools, you'll make swirls, whirls and marble patterns that look really funky and stylish.
Then it's time to get creative with the ganaches and gooey chocolate. Belgian truffles are gorgeous and you'll love decorating these delicious balls of chocolatey goodness. Try some honeycomb, a sprinkle of raspberry pieces, or go full-on taste sensation with sea salt.
No doubt you're wanting to know how many choccies you'll be making? Well, this Manchester chocolate making class will last around two hours. Depending on how nifty you are with the dipping, rolling and decorating, you will be able to take around 15 of your creations home with you in a pretty hand tied bag.
