Some of the venues are over water, so as you jump, all you can see is the lapping water rushing towards you. Others are in city locations, so you get an amazing bird's eye view of the world before you plunge into the air.
The first part of the FAB jump experience is a forward bungee, which is the classic way to jump. After the safety briefing and getting kitted out, you'll find yourself being hauled up in a metal basket to the full height of the crane. The backward bungee is a real test of nerves. Standing on the jumping platform for the second time, you'll have your back to the abyss. Looking at the bungee instructor, you'll hear the countdown and then it's the mad, disorientating sensation of falling backwards.
And to add an extra dimension to the reverse bungee, you can ask the jumpmaster to literally dangle you over the edge and they will choose the moment to release you for that additional dose of adrenaline right there at 160ft above the ground!
